USB Drive Letter Conflict
This fix is completed in the registry…
1. Click Start\Run – Type regedit
2. Browse to : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\MountedDevices
a. Here you’ll find the drive letter that may need to be deleted
